Accreditation and Fees

Accreditation of Required Coursework Hours

Certificate candidates may attend courses and workshops taught by a recognized Diplômate or Licentiate at an accredited Dalcroze training centre, domestically and abroad. To qualify for accreditation, the signature of the instructor-in-charge and the number of coursework hours fulfilled must be recorded.

Examination Fees

Candidates must remit examination fees appropriate to their level of training prior to the exams.  Examinations will usually be held following a major workshop or Summer Course. Candidates may take any of the practical exams (Rhythmics, Ear and Voice, and Improvisation) individually, or all three at once during an examination period.  Candidates may re-take any portion of the exams at subsequent examination periods (fees apply).  A minimum of three candidates is required to conduct Rhythmics exams.
